Lori KilpelainenSTRATEGIC VISION & CLIENT RELATIONS
Lori Kilpelainen is the main point of contact for all clients, tenants and vendors at Kilpelainen Property Management. After raising four kids on the Central Coast, acting as the financial controller for her husband John’s ventures and building her own rental portfolio, she jumped into third property management with both feet, loves it, and has never looked back. She knows from her own experience that good tenants are the heart and soul of a successful investment property. She uses all her skills to help tenants love the properties they rent, and help owners have peace of mind and a high yielding, consistent income stream. This kind of cash flow changed her life, and wants to help others experience the same freedom. She graduated with a bachelors from Brigham Young University- Hawaii. She is a breast cancer survivor and lives in Nipomo, CA with her husband John. She enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren. Her phone is constantly ringing which is how she likes it. She knows it is an opportunity to help a tenant, advise an owner or problem-solve with a vendor.
John Kilpelainen CONTRUCTION & FACILITY CARE
John Kilpelainen, known throughout the community as John “K” makes sure the Kilpelainen Property Management properties are well maintained and structurally sound. After a successful building career constructing thousands of single family homes, hundreds of apartment units, dozens of hotels and numerous floats for parades, church activities and youth events John partnered with his sweetheart Lori and “retired” into working more then ever, in their property management business. Known for being honest-to-a-fault John loves finding the best ways to maintain the structural integrity of the homes they manage, for the best price possible. It is a challenge like Tetris, and he loves winning at it! Dogs, family, camping and grandkids are the great loves of John’s life.
